Description
Students from the Texas State College for Women are entertaining soldiers from Camp Wolters. Left to right in foreground are Jack Eichbaum, Miss Jay Low Turner, Miss Helen Ann Snyder, and Rube Linker. Twenty-six students from the Denton, Texas school are performing for the soldiers. There are songs and dances and a singsong. Private Eichbaum, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, is dressed in his military uniform. Miss Turner, of Fort Worth, Texas, is wearing a plaid button-up blouse, a bandanna, and a skirt. She is clutching her cowboy hat. Miss Snyder, of Hereford, Texas, is wearing a wide brimmed hat, western shirt, and trousers. Private Linker, of Fort Morgan, Colorado, is dressed in his military uniform.
