    The Fort Worth Rangers are a minor professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey Association (A. H. A.). They are opening the 1941-1942 season against the visiting St. Paul Saints at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Gene Carrigan is the head coach and starting center for the Rangers. He is shown warming-up on the ice, dressed in his hockey uniform. Carrigan is a former professional hockey player with the New York Rangers, Detroit Red Wings, and St. Louis Eagles.
