Miss Millicent Keeble (left) was named the teacher sponsor for the McLean Junior High School Reserve Officers' Training Corps (R. O. T. C.). Miss Keeble is shown standing next to an unidentified man. They are both wearing R. O. T. C. uniforms. Miss Keeble's uniform is made up of a dress and a hat. On the dress are two belts; one across her chest and another around her waist. The man next her is smiling and looking off to the side. Beside him, at right, is a table with a stack of books.
