Description

The West Texas Chamber of Commerce (W. T. C. C.) is holding their fall convention in Midland, Texas. Attending the convention, left to right, are J. B. Crain, Dan Hudson, and H. Y. Overstreet. Mr. Crain and Mr. Hudson are on the Midland Housing Committee. They are registering Mr. Overstreet, a delegate from Texico, New Mexico. Mr. Crain is wearing three-piece suit. Mr. Hudson is dressed in a collared shirt, necktie, trousers, and a sports coat. Mr. Overstreet is dressed in a hat and a double breasted suit. An unidentified woman is standing behind the counter.
