Description
Lindsay Kelley of Cleburne, Texas addresses the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen's Convention, stressing vital part railroads play in U.S. defense. More than 200 delegates attended the convention held at Hotel Texas, which serves as an annual get-together party. At the closing session, delegates voted to return to Fort Worth for their 1942 convention.
