Description

The Texas Division of the American Society of Civil Engineers is holding a two-day convention at the Hotel Texas. Putting their heads together between sessions of the fall meeting, left to right, are T. F. Huffman, John H. Bringhurst, and Professor Phil M. Ferguson. Mr. Huffman, of Dallas, Texas, is dressed in a three-piece double breasted suit. Mr. Bringhurst, of Houston, Texas, is wearing a suit with a bow tie. Professor Ferguson, faculty at the University of Texas, brought 41 students to the convention. He is dressed in a three-piece suit.
