The Texas Division of the American Society of Civil Engineers is holding a two-day convention at the Hotel Texas. Awake early Friday morning for breakfast, left to right, are Harry N. Roberts and T. C. Forrest. Mr. Roberts, a society member from Lubbock, Texas, is reading the morning edition of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He is dressed in a three-piece, double breasted suit. Mr. Forrest, of Dallas, Texas, is wearing a dark three-piece suit.
