Description
The second annual Kirven and King Ranch Field Day is being held near Waxahachie, Texas. J. D. Kirven and J. I. King are partners in the breeding of the Herefords at their ranch. A number of friends are in attendance to see the cattle, pastures, and barns. Enjoying the festivities, left to right, are Walter Banks and Joe Honz. These two men were responsible for preparing the barbecue. Mr. Banks is wearing a cowboy hat, collared shirt, overalls, and a leather jacket. Mr. Honz is dressed in a hat, collared shirt with cuffed sleeves and overalls.
