Description
On a slope at the west edge of Sycamore Park, long rows of "winterized" tents -- canvas-covered wooden frames, have been erected for the soldiers' recreation camp being established here. The camp will accommodate 500 soldiers. Shown is a recreation tent being erected. The "tent" is rectangular in floor plan with a hip roof. The frame of the tent and bottom third of the "tent" is constructed out of timber. The middle third of the "tent" is covered with a screen material. The canvas tent that will cover the structure is laid out on the ground to the right of the structure. Two unknown men are standing inside the structure. There is an unidentified man walking away from the structure. (no clipping)
