Description
Thomas White is a music student at North Texas Agricultural College. He is on his way to see "Gone with the Wind" for the eleventh time at the Hollywood Theater. Mr. White is dressed in a hat, suit, and a long coat. He is carrying a newspaper and a Spanish book under his arm and a lunch pail for intermission. On the side of the building, there is a cutout of Clark Gable as Rhett Butler. He paid $9.60 to see the show the first eight times. Now he goes in free. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 24, 1940.
