    Description

    The annual district meeting of the Texas Bankers Association is being held at the Hotel Texas. In attendance left to right are W. C. Russell, M. C. Ulmer, J. P. Butler, and Tate May. Mr. Russell, is a cashier at the Farmers & Merchants Bank in Hamlin, Texas. He is wearing a hat and a double breasted suit. Mr. Ulmer is a cashier at the First National Bank in Midland, Texas. He is dressed in a hat, double breasted suit, and a pocket square. Mr. Butler is the assistant cashier of the First National Bank in Midland, Texas. He is wearing a hat and a three piece suit. Mr. May is the vice president of the Farmers & Merchants National Bank in Hamlin, Texas. He is dressed in a hat and a three piece suit. They are all standing next to each other.
