Description
James Chester Dalgarn, engineer for the Texas State Park Board, inspects a relief map to be exhibited in an automobile show at Will Rogers Coliseum. The large map has been off-loaded from the back of a truck, partially visible via an open door. Mr. Dalgarn is using a cloth to wipe the map. He is wearing a hat and a heavy coat.
