From the February 20, 1938 edition of the Star-Telegram: "Fort Worth automobile dealers, who yesterday began working out final plans for the Spring Automobile Show here, which will start a week from today in the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. This picture was taken at a luncheon meeting in the Worth Hotel at noon Friday when the motor car men met to draw display places in the huge auditorium and to discuss details for the show. It will be sponsored by The Star-Telegram. On the table in the foreground is a layout of the building and exhibit spaces. One hundred twenty 1938 model in new Spring colors will be on display. The show will start at 1 p.m. next Sunday. Doors swill open at 5:00 p.m. on the following two days and close each night at 11 p.m." The men, all wearing suits, are posed behind a large banquet table. Behind the table are large curtained windows. Their names are (standing from left) O.B. Smith, Ernest Allen, Clarence Kraft, C.B. Forbes, Harry J. Fox, Robert Cooke, H.B. Ransom, Frank Kent, Carl J. Aldenhoven, W.H. Findley, Emmett Hinkley, Jack Pullman, (seated, from left) Frank Fillingim, Foster P. Jennings, Frank Williamson, V.N. Parris, A.P. Mitchell, E.H. Lee, Cliff Magers, Sanford C. Webb, Ray Eisele and Tom F. Mastin.
