Description
Series of photos from Vice President John Nance Garner and Ettie Garner's visit to Fort Worth for the Frontier Centennial. The clipping reads: "Maybe Vice President Garner, left, was kidding Barney Oldfield about the latter's driving ability, or perhaps the Texan who presides over the United States Senate was chuckling over fishing prospects back home at Uvalde when the photographer caught them together yesterday afternoon shortly after the Vice President's arrival here with Mrs. Garner for a trip to the Frontier Centennial."
