Copy photo of Kathryn Kelly flashing jurors a smile with crossed legs. Photo originally used as an exhibit in the case involving her and Machine Gun Kelly (George Kelly Barnes) for the kidnapping of Charles F. Urschel. On October 12, 1933, U.S. Judge Edgar S. Vaught decreed both George and Kathryn guilty and sentenced them to life in prison.
