Walter Scott, President of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. Photo possibly taken before the Endurance Hop took place with pilots Reg L. Robbins and James Kelly, possibly during the christening ceremonies held on May 19, 1929. Kelly and Robbins co-piloted a Ryan Monoplane B-1 Brougham named "Fort Worth" during the Endurance Flight.
