The clipping reads "Flashlight Photographs of Local Klan's First Public Initiation: Here are two scenes of the Ku Klux Klan's first public initiation here which was held Friday night at the stockade south of the end of the Evans Avenue car line. Several thousand spectators witnessed the event. Klansmen formed to receive the candidates for initiation are seen above. Below is the division of Women of the Ku Klux Klan in full regalia. The flashlight photographs were taken especially for The Fort Worth Star-Telegram by United Photo and Press Service."
