The North Texas Archeological Society (NTAS) was formed in 1955 as the Tarrant County Archeological Society (TCAS). It is an ongoing organization dedicated to archeology, and the study and teaching of the history of Texas. Materials in this collection include reports on sites NTAS has examined, meeting minutes (2000-2015), events (1998-2021), and various publications and dig reports from NTAS. Some information including phone numbers, emails, and addresses have been redacted or removed from materials to protect the privacy of NTAS members.
