Description
President Theodore Roosevelt speaks to crowd in front of Texas & Pacific (T&P) train station in Fort Worth. A large crowd gathered around T & P Freight Depot building on Throckmorton Street. The building is strung with bunting, many people are seen on the roofs of other buildings and on nearby telephone poles.
