Tuy Hoa Air Base. Equipment being prepared for convoy. Rick Herman is in the back seen looking down. Lieutenant Schultz is shown sitting. Staff Sgt. Kouns is seen standing in front right. Standing on front left is Reggie Bailey with hand on hip, to the right of him is Greg Manning, and to his left is Sgt Santos Troche from Brooklyn, New York. Standing far left is John Murray of Texas.

Items on the ground are field phones that attach by wire and batteries with a hand crank. Next to those are AN/PRC-25 packs, which are portable, backpack-style military radios.
