Eva Moore lived in Meridian, Texas in 1907 and moved to Temple, Texas by August 1908, where she received mail in care of Cheeves Bros. Eva Moore's collection of 236 postcards documents casual correspondence among family, friends, and sweethearts at the turn of the 20th century. The postcards themselves primarily feature floral motifs, but also bear best wishes for special occasions such as birthdays and holidays, romantic themes, and occasionally greetings from a particular locale.
