Description
A group of unidentified young girls, seated in chairs in the foreground, with a group of men seen in the background [circa 1940s]. The girls are all seen wearing dresses and seated in a semi-circle, possibly during a pageant, with the girl seen seated in the middle on a higher chair, wearing a crown while holding a bouquet of flowers. There are houses seen in the background. The written note on the back of the photograph reads, "You know I was a proud mother to have this happen to her so early. She did look kinda cute. I thought."
