People are mostly dressed-up in their Sunday clothes and are standing in front of the church, built of red brick. Three gentlemen are standing on top of the church's flat roof. The pastor is Bradley Allen, standing just under the "B" on the Riverside Baptist Church sign. Elsie Barclay Griffin is wearing a dark hat and dark dress with a white collar below the window on the right side of the photographs. Doctor Phillips (first name unknown) lives at 3115 Race Street just to the left of the church building
