Description

Lawrence Barclay and his father Edwin Perry Barclay sitting on either side of a gramophone. The gramophone is sitting on a doily-covered wood table. In the front of the gramophone. In front of the gramophone are round cylinders upon which sound was recorded and then played back through the gramophone. There is one Kewpie doll next to the gramophone and two more on a shelf below the table. Lawrence is sitting in a wooden chair. He is wearing a shirt and short trousers. Edwin is also sitting in a wooden chair and is wearing a shirt, trousers and a bow tie. On the wall above Lawrence is a picture of the Coliseum in Rome. Behind him is a portrait of two children, names unknown.
