Description

Edwin Perry Barclay (standing, far right) with the Cooper Company's Labor Day Parade float in front of the Tarrant County courthouse. The float is on a wagon bed and being pulled by two horses. The float is decorated with United States flags and wooden barrels. There are three men on the float and another group of men standing in front of it. Many of the men are holding cardboard fans.
