Adell Campbell, a member of the Arlington Republican Women's Club, speaks to Arlington Mayor Tom Vandergriff at a fashion show meeting of the club at the UTA Little Theater where the mayor spoke to the group stressing on the need for vigorous law enforcement. The show benefited the Arlington Police Scholarship Fund where club members modeled fashions from a national manufacturer.
