Abstract
ABSTRACT: The City of Kennedale proposed that the University of Texas at Arlington's School of Urban and Public Affairs investigate customer satisfaction of services offered by the Fire Department and the Municipal Court. The City of Kennedale's mission is aimed at exemplifying excellence. A survey tool was researched, developed and implemented to customers who have received services from the Fire Department and the Municipal Court within the last six months.
