Abstract
The City of Kennedale has entered into a binding agreement with four sexually oriented businesses located in the Oakcrest Area. In 2012 this agreement will require the sexually oriented businesses to close down and move out of Kennedale. The remarkable question that the City of Kennedale has asked is how and by what means these sites should be redeveloped. The purpose of this project was to research and analyze potential economic development options that could revitalize the four sites where the existing sexually oriented businesses are located and spur economic development in the entire Oakcrest Area.
