Abstract
Resident Assistants (RAs) in higher education have the duty of aiding students living in on-campus housing (residents). This responsibility calls for RAs to get to know all residents living in a section of a community, and be available to help all of them. The number of residents can be higher than fifty, and as such RAs often struggle to remember and keep track of the information, concerns and tasks related to them. That, combined with the many other tasks RAs have to juggle on top of their academic work calls for comprehensible Software that addresses these needs but that is often not provided by the RAs supervisors. MavRA is thus designed: it is a Google Firebase Cloud Application that serves as an online task manager and database for RAs.
