Abstract
A voltage controlled oscillator using 90 nm CMOS technology has been presented with the extremely low power dissipation of 1.35 mW and provides 1.45 mW (with use of buffers) output AC power. It has highly linear voltage to frequency transformation, with only 4.85% of maximum error this VCO Works in the long range from 5.1 to 9.099 GHz while the controlling voltage varies from 0 to .5 volts, The oscillator is powered by a 1 volt power supply.
