Abstract
This report concludes an experiential learning project supported by UTA Libraries Open Initiative Grant program in fall 2022. The author developed and implemented an escape room based on art historical information, issues of cultural heritage loss and misuse, as well as looting and art crime. The escape room was open for two weeks at the end of the fall 2022 on the 2nd floor of the UTA Central Library. The report outlines the purpose and outcomes of this project, considering the possibilities of gamifying art history.Â
