Abstract
This creative non-fiction, written primarily in the second person, details the uncomfortable story of two people stuck in an awkward situation.
Author Biography: Rod Sachs, Graduate Student. A teaching assistant PhD grad for the English Department since 2012, Rod S. Sachs studies resistance literature in the Medieval, Pre-Colonial, and Postcolonial eras, as well as Decolonial theory, and digital humanities. Rod's B.A. is in English and History, with a certificate in Creative Writing, from UT-San Antonio. As a poet and aspiring musician and filmmaker, he prefers to go by his artist name: rod sachs, in honor of his two favorite educator/artists, Paulo Friere and bell hooks.
