Description
Janes Graves, designer of Trajes Indigenas de Mexico, a show of Mexican traditional costumes at the Amon Carter Museum of Western Art, adjusts the richly woven headcloth, or huipil de tapar, of an Indian woman. The street scene, in softer versions of strong Mexican colors, was designed by Mrs. Graves and created by the staff at the museum. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning edition May 17, 1968.
