    Jack Rotenberry, left, farmer charged with murder in a traffic death. Clipping reads: "Jack Rotenberry, 42, Burleson farmer who never learned to read or write because of bad sight, was held in city jail Wednesday [July 15, 1953] in connection with the traffic death of Charles Edwin Wilmoth, 30, Cleburne insurance man...Assistant District Attorney Jerry Murad said that the county grand jury would be asked Thursday [July 16, 1953] to indict Rotenberry, father of seven, for murder while driving while intoxicated." Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 15, 1953.
