    Description

    This hair-drier was presented to the women patients at the U. S. Public Health Service Hospital here by the Auxiliary of the Railway Mail Service American Legion Post 477, purchased with part of its poppy sale proceeds. Left to right are Mrs. F. C. Cooley of 2300 Yuca, auxiliary president; Mrs. Alice Boore, director of the Hospital's nursing service, and Mrs. Warren Geeo of Burleson, nurses aide, under the drier. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, February 25, 1950.
