    Victory Loan Campaign participants (from left) Colonel T. W. Imlay, Colonel H. T. Morrison, Major General James P. Hodges, Lieutenant General Ira C. Eaker and Amon Carter. They are standing outdoors at the Fort Worth Army Air Field in the shade. The men are dressed in military uniform except Amon Carter who is wearing a suit, tie, inner collared shirt and hat. Mr. Carter is looking towards the camera while the other men are looking at General Eaker who is talking with his hands in his pocket. Colonel Imlay and Major General Hodges have one hand in their pocket while Colonel Morrison has his hands at his back.
