Cuaderna Vía was originally founded in Spring 2010 by Christopher Conway, Ignacio Ruiz-Perez and Eric Frierson. Our student magazine publishes poems, short stories, short fictional prose, as well as art and audiovisual work. Cuaderna Vía evokes the art of mester de clerecía, but also the frames building the keel, and facilitating the navigation of a ship. In other words, the title implies creative activity and the art of navigation as parallel, continuous and vital processes. Like a ship launched into the ocean, Cuaderna Vía seeks to be, renovated and now online, a route and a means to promote the talent of students, from both UTA and beyond our borders.
