Description
Meals on Wheels volunteer Waneta Ezell walking up to a house delivering food to a recipient. The car in the foreground has a sticker in the window reading "Volunteer for Meals on Wheels." The program has 250 volunteers and the program delivers well-balanced meals to 180 disabled elderly in nine areas of Tarrant County. The Senior Citizens' Centers, Inc. of Metropolitan Tarrant County pays for meals for about 150 recipients through a federal nutrition grant.
