(Right) Jack W. Ferrill points out an item to A. M. Pate Jr., museum board members and president of the Tarrant County Historical Society, on the second most important document in the history of Texas, the Treaty of Velasco. Ferrill is president of the board of trustees. The treaty, which ended the Texas war for independence, is on display at the Fort Worth Children's Museum. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning September 7, 1966.
