Description
Mrs. Lena Hartin first picked up a paintbrush at age 83, when she decided to add more perspective to her life. Although she does not try to copy the works of other painters, she does combine ideas garnered from colored postcards and from a bold cardinal that perks at her kitchen window every morning. Here she is displayed holding up a painting. Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
