Description
Sheri and Steve Neal ran into clown Mark Jones on their way to the opening of the new Northeast Branch Library. The clown was driving a little car and handing out balloons. Dedication of the Riverside are facility marked completion of a $1.7 million Fort Worth library expansion program. The Northeast Branch is the seventh branch library now serving the city. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning edition June 17, 1967.
