Mrs. Mark Mahaffey, left, received the Best of Show from judge Lorna Bath, Texas Women's University, for her painting "Spring Flowers" in the Woman's Club Art Department spring exhibition, while Mrs. Clifton Lawrence's "Steps to Amalfi" received the popular vote of visitors. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition May 22, 1967.
