Members of the five-week-old Border Patrol will perform on the first Ted Mack national television show filmed from this era. Left to right, they are Ross Dinkins, Paul Driskell, Von Wolfe, Bob Leomhart and Mike Smith. Kneeling are Gary Miles and Richard Crummel . The boys won the spot by helping a friend. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition April 7, 1967.
