A woman models school fashions for teens. When Boy Scouts used to wear shorts, they wore knee high socks. Fashion is trying that old scouting trick on the fall of 1966. This low-slung hipster of a mini-skirt worn with a turtle neck poor boy seater has accessories of knee-high white socks. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition July 22, 1966.
