Mrs. Mummert Payne, of 4809 Bryce, is the new secretary at the Fort Worth Art Center. She formerly worked for the Fort Worth Art Association when headquarters was the Fort Worth Public Library (1951-53). She is the daughter of the late Sallie Blyth Mummert, artist and instructor here who was art writer for the Star-Telegram. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning edition May 22, 1966.
