Description
Pictured is Henryk Szeryng, a violinist who used to think his music was merely an art discovered in World War II that could be therapy for wounded soldiers. He played more than 300 concerts some punctuated by the rumble of shell fire, for troops in World War II. He will play a concert in Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium under auspices of the Fort Worth Civic Music Association. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening edition January 20, 1965.
