Description
The Fort Worth Art Association will open a memorial exhibition of the work of Murray Bewley at the Art Center. A reception is scheduled, with a short talk by Sam Cantey III on Bewley, his work and the importance of his contributions to the development of interest in art in Fort Worth. Bewley, who died in France, was a native of Fort Worth. Miss Linda Webb, Art Center receptionist, displays two portraits by Bewley , left, and "Mrs. M. P Bewley", the artist's mother, right.
