Description

Debra Ann Wells, 5, wasn't about to let a little rain ruin her day at Seminary South where the third annual Fall Festival of Art was in progress on the mall. Debra, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Wells, hoisted an umbrella to view a quiet pastoral scene that was typical of Fort Worth's weather picture Sunday-cloudy with showers. Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning edition September 21, 1964.
