    Newlyweds Charles and Madeleine Mandin Allard are enjoying their second marriage ceremony in as many weeks. The ceremony is being held at the home of the groom's sister, Mrs. C. W. Dutton. The newlyweds are shown cutting into their wedding cake. Mr. Allard is dressed in a three-piece suit with a carnation boutonniere. Mrs. Allard is a French war bride.
