Description
A photograph of the exterior of W. T. Hutcheson's home located at 312 North Oak Street. This home was built in 1886 for pioner merchant W. T. Hutcheson and is part of the original townsite. The house is Queen Anne style with "gingerbread" detailing. With its ornate turned and jigsaw trim, it is one of the most elaborately detailed og all the city's remaining historic homes. The home was restored to near original condition and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
